DIAMOND CLUB BASEBALL PARTNERS WITH ELITE SPEED SPORTS PERFORMANCE

 

Diamond Club Baseball, LLC is pleased to announce that we have partnered with Elite Speed Sports Performance.  Elite Speed is recognized throughout Colorado as one of the leaders in athletic performance training.  From youth to professional athletes, Elite Speed offers 1:1 training, semi-private training, and team training, focusing on bio-mechanical and sport specific needs.  Their clients include multiple Colorado Gatorade Player of the Year winners across all sports, NFL draft picks, and minor league and MLB players for your hometown Colorado Rockies.

Beginning in November, Elite Speed will offer private, group, and team training at our facility in Wheat Ridge, in addition to the training they provide at their Centennial location, the Sports Stable in Superior, and the new UCHealth Steadman Hawkins Clinic at Inverness.  Diamond Club players and lesson clients will have access to the same level of training that professional and college athletes receive.  Training sessions will consist of creating the foundational components of strength, power, explosiveness, agility, flexibility, speed form, and balance.  Schedules, format, and pricing options will be released soon.
