PHILOSOPHY
Diamond Club Training Facility opened in September of 2009 with the goal of making the game of baseball a positive, fun and rewarding experience for each player who walks through our doors. Diamond Club is the vision of the four working partners, all of whom have spent the majority of their lives living and working in the west metro area.
As an ownership group, we wanted to provide kids in the metro area a baseball home where they can improve their skills, develop character, learn what it means to work for something they desire, and develop lasting relationships with teammates and coaches. We believe it is our duty as coaches to serve as role models and mentors for young players.
TEACHING APPROACH
We take pride in both our ability to teach the game and the passion we have for the game. We strive to demonstrate these traits during each interaction we have with our lesson students, team members and camp participants.
Through participation in our various programs, players will see an improvement in their fundamentals, mental approach and overall knowledge of the game. We stress the importance of hard work, quality repetitions, focused intensity, positive attitude and the responsibility each player has to his teammates, coaches, parents and most importantly, himself to be the very best he can be.
